Does anyone know where I can get these ribs? And I don't mean the ones that are cut an inch thick, it needs to be a lot thinner than an inch (approx. 1/4 inch, I think). Since it's nice out these days, I'm looking to start grilling again

I have found these at the Grand Asia in Cary and also, believe it or not, at BJ's near Crossroads in Cary. They are a little thicker than I'm used to but they still came out pretty good on the grill!

I've made the Kal-Bi with the meat I got at Grand Asia and IIRC, I've also bought the meat over at the Korean market over near 54/55 over in Durham (the one next to the Korean tofu restaurant).

It is a small Korean market and I would call in advance to see if they have Kalbi available, but it is the best Korean market in town (this coming from someone who is 1/2 Korean and cooks a lot of Korean food)
