Hi.....I am looking to purchase in Cameron Park or Scotts Mill and what I found on MLS is either over my budget or doesnt fit what I am looking for....My price range is up to $340,000......Does anyone know of any properties that are listed for sale privately that would be in that price range in those neighborhoods.

Thanks....

You can't find a house for under $340k in Scotts Mill? That subdivison probably has the widest array of homeprices in Apex. You must have some very specific criteria?

If you are local the best thing to do would be to drive every street in those neighborhoods.

Cameron Pond is in Cary and the smallest homes start around $390k. Cameron Park is in Apex and is in the front (or the back, depending on which way you look at it) of Scott's Mill.

You shouldn't have a problem finding a house in either Cameron Park or Scott's Mill with a budget of $340k.
