single woman relocating to Raleigh (to live, zip code, moving to)

Hi all, thanks in advance for any advice! I am thinking of relocating to Raleigh area from Philadelphia. Any advice on where I should be looking to live, I would work near Raleigh, like some city life but also like to have running and biking trails etc. nearby. Also, I am a single woman in my thirties, are there good places to meet other single people to hang out with?
