We're doing away with Turkey for this holiday and roasting up some pork piggie. Mmm, good! Of course, we are still planning the usual fixin's. No doubt, they'll be full bellies and lots of leftovers.

Enjoy your day celebrating whatever this day means to you. Be safe and have fun.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

Happy Thanksgiving from our home, too! Remember to enjoy the day, be thankful for all that we have, tell those you love how much they mean to you, wear stretchy pants, and don't let the frenzy stress you out!

It is such a beautiful day today I think I will start a new turkey day tradition for us and take a quick "sunday drive" up around Falls Lake and take in the scenery!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Ditto from our household to yours. The house is already smelling goooood! This will be our first Thanksgiving in NC away from family. A little lonesome but we're still thankful for the important things in life: good health, food on the table, great friends and overall, a good life.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

We are going shopping, as some stores are open today. Go figure.

It's really a shame that some people would have to work on Thanksgiving Day. This day should be more about families coming together and spending time with one another and enjoying a good meal. Hopefully these store have the sense to close early and let their workers enjoy the day.
