Heritage Wake Forest raleigh durham golf course communities neighborhoods new homes wake forest

above has all of the new homes. i think you would have to ask your realtor to run an MLS report for Heritage re-sales. Given the market for sales, you might be able to negotiate a better deal (paid closing costs, paid initiation to heritage club, upgrades etc) with a builder. good luck!

For resales you might want to check Realtor.com. However it will take a little effort to limit your search to that specific neighborhood. Your best bet, as the previous poster suggested, might be to have your Realtor check. It took me all of 10 seconds to see that there are currently seven homes on the market per the MLS.

I second Fonville Morisey. Go to fmrealty.com and search by subdivision.
