Even though there's a 12/31/09 expiration date at the bottom of the page, the program is tricky with the join/1st use date. I believe you have to join, print out the card and present it to the pharmacy within 30 days. The 1st time I tried to use this discount (at Costco's pharmacy), I was told too much time had elapsed between printing and using. So...with a new email address and new pharmacy, I joined, printed and used on same day with success.
