My church is expanding, and the town required it to install an underground stormwater retention system (at a cost of almost $1 million!) as part of the approval for an enlarged parking lot.

Wondering if something happened there last night or this morning. A Wake County sheriff was on site all morning. That's not a usual thing with construction sites.

The W appeared this week on the corner/front of the building. And, no surprises, it IS a Walgreens.

I'm still irritated at them for blocking off the left lane on Durant with cones, then when you turned onto Falls (after missing the light twice because of the back-up caused by only having one lane) you realized they had coned off the RIGHT lane on Falls. What's up with that? Why didn't they cone off the right lane on Durant?

Not to mention, the construction guys leave their trash right there at the intersection of Falls x Durant. Stupid pharmacy... there's already a RiteAid or whatever that is just about two miles up on Falls. I'm grouchy about that whole project.
