Hello, I would like to know if anyone can tell me, if you pay monthly bills for an RV. I'm not familiar with these type of homes, but I think they are beautiful and good for traveling the different states.

You'll pay taxes/license fee for the tags. Then you'll pay a "campsite" fee in the campground of your choice for the nights that you're visiting, which would typically include water/power/sewer (sometimes telephone, internet are available too). While you're on the road between destinations, you can sometimes stay overnight at a rest area or even in a business parking lot (Wal-Mart, etc.) for free... but there's not hook-ups either.
