We will want to rent before we buy, to be sure we find just the right spot.
We'd be looking for a 4 bdrm (or 3 bdrm with an office) ideally within the Carrboro Elementary School zone district.
We are flexible about the type of rental: house, townhouse, condo or apartment - just want to avoid college students in the "I can hear their noise" vicinity LOL. Haven't set a maximum affordable rent yet, as that will depend on what our other costs turn out to be (such as health insurance and preschool).
So, just recommend decent places to rent and we'll worry about the price later
