Hey everyone; my Husband Steve and I are working on our relocation to Wake Forest/Raleigh.

We visited a family member last year, and absolutely loved the area, the people and the family feel of the place!....we live in Miami, and we're through with living here, and have decided to take another BIG step in our lives after just getting married a year ago.

We're both professionals - Steve is an experienced Network Engineer (14 yrs. in the field), and I am an Executive Assistant with a BAA degree in Marketing (10 yrs experience).

We're looking for jobs, and a place to rent either in Raleigh or Wake Forest.

We appreciate any and all advice, suggestions, comments that can help us with our move to your lovely city (job suggestions, good areas, city know-how, etc)

THANKS!!!

Jobs are hard to find in IT and in the world of Admins.

Here's a "guide" for newcomers as far as some terminology and other stuff. I wrote it. It's my opinion as a former newcomer.

Stay in Raleigh if you can because wake forest has a lot of growing pains ( not saying Raleigh has none but it has a lot less traffic and has more established neighborhoods and areas)
