Strawberry Farm - DJ's Berry Patch Apex NC

We are on our 3rd plastic bucket and didn't have one squishy berry. It's $12 and $10 if you pick. I gladly pay $2 more dollars!
Thank you, MAtoNC. I never heard of DJ's, but we decided head out there Thursday. I have never had strawberries that good.

Second time I've been to Crazy Lady Produce at Taylor's Wine Shop (Six Forks and 540) and they are wonderful!

Do what I just did - got some at the farmer's market that were kind of iffy looking today.

--trader joe's real vanilla wafers
--strawberry sorbet slightly melted
--iffy looking strawberries, cut up
--whipped cream

Those become perfect strawberries!

Been eating berries from the aforementioned stand at Kildaire and Ten-Ten all spring. No complaints. They don't keep for days and days because they are fresh.
I think that suggesting there was some sort of agenda on the old man's part is a little bit of a stretch.
