I'm going to be coming home for about a week over New Year's and I couldn't be happier! I haven't been home since I moved to the Twin Cities in August. I'm also bringing a couple friends that have never been to Rapid City nor the Black Hills and their hobby is photography. I can't wait to show off my hometown and the beautiful Black Hills scenery! We'll also be playing tourist and EATING HOMECOOKED MEALS!!!

See ya soon South Dakota!

Great! Travel careful, we've got a storm coming in this week. Most every town forecast I've looked at shows snow every day through Saturday.

That's okay EH, I'll be leaving Minneapolis on the 30th. It's my "late Christmas" so I hope it's white!

Great news! Travel safe. We have some rotten weather forecasted thru Christmas (this part of MN is supposed to get a mix of snow and freezing rain) so I'm glad it's next week!

Danny, I hope you have a wonderful and safe trip. Drive carefully cause like EH said, we're in for ONE HUGE storm.

Even though you've left the state, you've always been one of us and it's wonderful that you're coming back home. I can't wait to hear how your friends feel about the Hills and I hope you'll share the pics with us.

Thanks! We're really hoping that Bridal Veil Falls is frozen over. Makes for a great picture.
