Experienced Salespersons - Why not be a Broker?

I was with mega RE/MAX for 9 years, in Denver where they are headquartered.

Their brokers enjoy a large market share, but they are not everything to everyone.

Yes, you are correct, RE/MAX is not for everybody! Every RE/MAX office is not Atlantis, and every RE/MAX agent is not a real estate hero, but I'll take the odds that they are more likely to be than in any other model.

A large number, but certainly nothing more than a minor percentage of RE/MAX brokers failed to recognize the major market changes.

As for many realtors, Real Estate is not my first career. I began my Real Estate career in Commercial Real Estate and later owned and operated a brokerage company devoted to residential Real Estate like Indiana Real Estate.
