I am starting to look into hiring a virtual tour company for listings. The company I used in another state does not operate here, to bad!!! Can you offer some suggestions? I do realize that some use Circlepix. Thanks.
While I don't practice in that area, I've found virtual tours by and large useless. They are really only to appease the seller. If you spend money on good professional pics, you'll stand out from your competition. All the virtual tours I've seen don't accurately portray the house and my fear is that they make the rooms look small, therefore turning the buyers off before they've visited.
I think that true video could start making its way into real estate, but virtual tours are really a waste of money.
I know it is an old thread, revived by a spammer, but I just signed up at www.pfretour.com and did my first one.
