We decided to buy a house...and we have been blessed with a really good agent! She is on top of everything and has made all the calls, found every person we have needed for certain things along the way! So far we couldn't be more happier with her!

We are set to close end of January. The sales price is around $100K.

we would like to get her a nice gift for making this very stressful time not that stressful!

Would the agents her mind recommended some gift ideas?
Thank you!

I just received a couple of Wagyu steaks from a client who bought some land from me this year. He raises that breed of cattle. He also gave me a price list of all his beef products. I think I need to work twice as hard next year. The steaks are $38 each retail.

If you must. . . A thank you card with a $15 Starbucks gift card, and after you are settled in after a few months and still think they were great, 'referrals' . . . it's what they live for.

Yesterday a client gave me homemade biscotti, and it is nothing less than awesome.

Really, it is the thought that counts, and so nice of you to consider a gift.
Gas card. Starbucks card.
