Saw this online, and while I had one laugh after another reading the description, I really have to admire the Realtor for making the best of a REALLY bad home, imo!

it's "qualify" for a loan, not "quality". Who knows, a 1/4 acre lot right there could be worth 90K. Fix the stone exterior and gut everything else, and it could be a great place.
