agree with all, emails are sent way to often and everyone is selling something. If you believe you have something of value, that is better or different, then you have to convince someone that will take time to examine you and your product. Our office is usually hit daily for something, and either our receptionist is allowed to review, and then our broker will take a look. So good luck, and convince someone. Try and drop in, if you believe in your product, then a visit would be worth it. Its a lot easier to talk face to face, than by phone or email.

I also prefer a face to face talk,,,, bulk emails are so annoying and most often ignored so do not waste your time.

IMO, the best way to market to RE professionals in my area would be for you to join the local Realtor association and arrange to be a sponsor at various meetings. The more popular the subject, the better attended. Arrange to have handouts and plenty of business cards (the meeting liason can give you a head count). Typically sponsors will also get to give a 1-minute elevator speech.

You might also advertise in the local realtor newspaper. Personally, I look through the flyers first, then the hardcopy print. It's not cheap, but it's affordable.

P.S. A service bureau for emailing is easy, but unnecessary. In Florida, licensee contact information including email addresses is a matter of public record and can be downloaded online from the Department of Business and Professional Regulations. Makes me nuts when I receive emails from people trying to sell me a list containing this info.
