Why no offers? What's wrong?

Price ahead of the curve!! that means you should see new comps on your area, and price just a little below the competition. In this market, you really can't go by solds behind you. I know, it is different than before but believe it. Now, if I can just get my sellers to do it too, LOL!! It is a hard thing to do, but if you take a little hit now, it may better than than the larger hit later on.

Thanks for all the comments. The website was just an aside to the regular methods the agents use. The main point of mentioning the website was to get feedback on the house i.e. appealing/not appealing and why no offers. However, maybe there is something else missing.
