Yup, looks like the bids do close on Thursday. Agent was telling us the truth.

Get all that in writing/email and report this unethical bozo to HUD and the Real Estate commission. And of course don't let him be your agent, he clearly has no ethics and he's an open liar if he says he can help your offer be accepted for the reasons already noted by others.
