I quit trying. It is NOT my job or responsibility to legitimize Z, and particularly if they don't consider it their responsibility or mission.

Why would it show up? I'm not a Zillow person, do all properties show up even if they are not listed for sale?

Zestimates are notorious for always being way off base. Why is it so important to you to get one? There are other ways to determine your market value.

I am not entirely sure, I thought all listing eventually ends up on Zillow. I may be wrong.

Another misguided consumer believing the real estate world depends on Zillow.

Zillow is a wanna be MLS on steroids and it fails miserably. I promise, everytime a consumer quotes Zillow, a real estate professional is trying very hard not to roll their eyes. Anytime a consumer quotes someone's Zillow rating, hands are over the mouth covering a smirk. And then, there are those that are so beyond trying to correct Zillow-quats, they've get this glazed look of of knowing not to contradict, they nod knowingly, as a natural reflex.

Just like BankRate, Zillow is nothing more than an expensive lead generation website. Click everywhere and often.
