The more I look at the pics the more my mind reels.

I am wondering if the owners are really interested in selling or if the listing is performance art? In any case, thanks for posting.
I was a little weirded out by the caption that apologized for the mess in the pool... did they think that nobody would notice the mess everywhere else? And, the "artist" has a really macabre painting style - or do the relatives really look like that?

ETA: that whole thing about the 'creek' and flooding seems more like a warning than a reassurance. And, the creek itself looks more like a drainage ditch.

The whole thing is likely to give anyone who views it nightmares for a month.

There is a guy under the coffee table in bedroom #12
I bet no one saw him?

"Unfortunately the art goes with the artist."

Yeah, right. Unfortunately.

It's obvious that the Seller was not open to any advice...so it's good to see that the agent maintained a sense of humor about the listing.

Nothing unusual there. That's just another mannequin.

I like the mannequin in the bathroom wrapped in a towel.

We looked at a house like this about 20 years ago. You couldn't even fully open the doors to the bedrooms. Basement? Forget it. Couldn't get even halfway down the stairs.

I've ask my real estate attorney that a condition of closing is that all the junk owned by the owner be removed prior to the walk-thru or there would be an additional cost to charge for clean-up.
