Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, parts of Cleveland, nicer parts of Youngstown. Nice solid houses can be found here and in other parts of the Midwest.

I grew up here and this is true. It’s an economically depressed area (no jobs) but I survived and I think it was a nice place to grow up.
