I thought it might have been the sellers had an offer from someone they didn’t expect...with maybe a personal connection...
Maybe they are still taking offers...but that is too fast for a fair test of the market
The area is in south Hurst very close to old Hwy 10
Maybe it was a cash offer with quick close and they took it happily
