1. Watching my son learning to swim at our apartment's pool.
2. Talking to my old neighbors and emailing them pictures of homes we're thinking about.
3. Knowing that at least we've narrowed down the right neighborhood and schools for our special needs child.
4. Knowing that we will always have a roof over our heads.
5. Being very very grateful that at least the selling part is over.
6. Feeling good when a home I think is nice sells (I'm always pulling for sellers who have families to move)
7. Getting info and insight and laughs on City Data.
8. Occasional margarita.
9. Walking in the woods.
10. Knowing one day, I'll invite my family over for a house warming.
1. I have a goal and I want to reach it. 2. If it was meant to happen it will. 3. All good things come to those who wait. 4. Do not have to sell, but we want to sell. 5. Daydreaming about Florida. 6. Keeping my husbands spirits up too. 7. Thinking about all the crap we are going to get rid of when we move, Yard Sale! 8. Looking at houses on the internet in Florida. 9. Thinking of new paint colors, decor, etc... for new house 10. St. Joseph buried in the front yard.
1. Thankful that it is not a financial crisis that we have to sell immediately and desperately.
2. Decorating the new house, in my mind of course!
3. Knowing I have many CD friends who are in the same boat and don't mind me venting!
4. My wonderful daughter who keeps me focused and "on the prize in SC"
5. Yes, and even hubby, who can be a royal PITA....especially lately.
6. Chocolate, wine, and a good book to relax.
7. My Nintendo DS that takes a beating when I attack every enemy on the game viciously when I am frustrated.
8. Knowing that some day a buyer will come......probably when I have given up cleaning the house every time I go out!!
9. Every day that I pack more means a day less until closing if....no WHEN...that buyer comes. So I keep trudging along.
10. Having the opportunity to move to the new house (by myself) even if this one hasn't sold.........and yes, having and understanding hubby that wants me to do it. Of course he is expecting me to find a job once I get there!! LOL!!
1. The longer we stay in our home, the more equity we build.
2. Nothing lasts forever, we will find a buyer someday.
3. We are grateful for having a roof over our head, and food on the table.
4. Things will get done in "God's time", not our time. (What the heck is SHE waiting for anyway?)
5. My kids are living with us, I can enjoy them now, cause they might not be coming with us when we move.
6. Fall will be here soon. It is beautiful here in the fall.
7. My dogs are happy here, and there are beautiful places to take them for walks.
8. Chocolate, booze, friends, good shopping here, good restaurants here (we are moving to a rural area, so there is less of everything)
9. Some good neighbors who are trustworthy and kind.
10. All of you on CD who are going through the same thing....
