Painter, he's ready to go! I think if that guy comes back Hubby will turn into Ninja Yankee real quick!! He was not a happy hubby when he heard about it. See, I didn't want to take too much of the forum up so the part I left was... this idiot called last week and acted the same way on the phone & I basically said Goodday & hung up on him. When he started his spiel after he was in the house I realize who he was. Hubby said that guy does NOT want to show up again.
Love it Ninja Yankee! It goes to show you what kind of idiot he is, especially after you talking to him on the phone. I really am not a violent person but I think house selling is bringing out the worse of me. How long have you been trying to sell? Guess I could map it but how far is Anderson from Knoxville? That is where I am trying to get to, back to the hills! Maybe that is why the mean is in me, all the redneck is showing up!

Had an open today - 2 people that loved the house but neither has their house on the market yet. They just know it is going to sell immediately upon putting it up. LOL Then there was one guy that showed up and LOVED it....but could not afford it. Par for the course I guess!

We aren't violent either, yet :P Anyway, it's only been 22 days since the sign went in the yard. We're are debating staying in Anderson or going back to Florida when the house sells (planning on not panicing for 4-6 mos). Doubt we'll go back to Ohio - too cold. But Florida was - too hot when we lived there before. Anderson is a nice place to live I'm just not sure it's IT for us. Knoxville is about 4 hrs from us. As for your red-neck showing, I've met some very nice red-necks, (Big Grin). He just didn't happen to be one of them and that's when my 'Yankee' comes out in me, (Big Grin). Hope you get to go 'home' soon!
Okay-they were in here a very long time-over 35 min-that we know of and a CD is gone re the house-plus they drove by later. I refuse to get my hopes up.

Karoga, Understood, lol, this here redneck was born and raised in Chicago! Spent the first 22 yrs in Chicago, 2nd 22 yrs in middle TN and I wont say how long I have been in Fl, oh okay pushing 8 yrs. What part of Fl. are you thinking about???
