I would think 'good' feedback would let a seller know about something that was fixable. For example, a strange odor in a particular room, etc. Then, if they thought everything looked good, maybe something like "it just didnt suit our style" or something so I would know why they didnt go for it. I dont know...I'm sure at first I'd be excited to read feedback, but after a while without bites, I'd probably get frustrated!

Okay, just have to post this one too. Same agent, same day, different buyers. We get a call at 620pm, dinner half made--cash buyers in town only for the day want to see your house NOW. We clear out and are in the driveway ready to leave when the buyers pull up, get out of the car, and wait for us to leave--I swear they are outside talking for at least 3-5 minutes especially as I had to run back in to unbolt the front door--here is the feedback:

Buyer did not like facade--did not go in.

Hello! They saw us loading up kids and animals, scrambling to get out of their way at the last minute when they knew as soon as they pulled up they didn't like it? I would rather they had pulled me aside before I got back in the car and said, sorry, it's a no go rather than making me drive around at dinnertime for the 20 minutes I think they are looking at my house! :-0

DH and I had a good laugh over this one too!

People are strange and have very particular likes. My husband will not buy a home on a street that has a line down the middle - he just hates busy roads.

Maybe they don't like a room with a view? (Sorry, couldn't resist.)

Mine won't even look at it if it has a spec of linoleum.

It's crazy. When I was house hunting, I didn't even go to see a house if I didn't see a photo of the front first. Why bother wasting everyone's time?

A local agent who really knows the inventory is in a best position to match buyer needs/wants with available inventory, regardless of the pictures.

There are always some great homes with lousy pictures and nasty homes that look good in pictures. No one takes a picture of the basement with 5' ceiling and a devil worshiping alter. Most agents do not do online floor plans. It all matters.
