I basically used this good recipe but I made a few changes.

First: I only marinated in the fridge for about 2 hours or less. Used 4 fresh garlic gloves. shorter time was fine.

2nd: I pan seared it in hot frying pan then moved everything to 350 degree oven and cooked for about an hour. Did this because I had some sides which cooked at 350 and I do not like to use both ovens at once. Temp when we took it out was 165. Some take it out sooner.

3rd: tented in foil to let juices return while I cooked the marinade into gravy.

4th: while letting meat rest I sauteed handful of mushrooms in butter then added marinade AND 2-3 Tablespoons of Orange Marmalade. Spooned over very moist pork slices and it was HEAVEN.

good recipe thanks for posting,,
I like the pork tenderloin,,,it is very versatile and easy to cook,,

tasty n tender!! and lean and low fat
