I found a great overnight recipe off of Pinterest and I am putting a link for you: Overnight French Toast recipe - from Tablespoon!
We had a friend come to visit us back in the summer and I made this the night before and put it in the refrigerator. Next morning while the coffee was perking and I made some bacon and got the juice out, this was in the oven. Use real syrup if you have some - you won't be disappointed!!! My small grocer didn't have any brioche but I used French bread and it was fine.

This is my Christmas morning tradition. The title is French Toast but the Praline topping is separate and I only make the French Toast portion with Mimosas for Christmas breakfast.

For special occasions I use french bread torn into chunks and usual ingredients but I like to add about half a package of cream cheese dotted throughout, blueberries and nuts. Overnight in the fridge and bake. Delicious and all you need if anything is sausage or bacon and beverage
