Hi, does anyone know of any peanut butter desserts? I am a big peanut butter fan.

I am a peanut butter fiend. I eat natural peanut butter only.

I dug through my Favorites for these recipes

I have made both of these and they are really good! They are "no-bake" cookies/desserts:

No Bake Peanut Butter Balls
95 calories | Try Malcorta’s clever trick to coat the balls with chocolate. Hint: It involves an egg slicer.

No Bake Bumpy Peanut Butter Nuggets
46 calories | Sure, these look like total diet danger, but oats and wheat germ bump up their good-for-you factor. If peanut butter’s not your favorite, yellow_daisy says they’re great with cashew or soy butter, too.

And I have tried most of these "no-bake' peanut butter desserts/cookies over the years and they were all great! I do a lot of substitutions to health-ify them a bit.

These No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls are really good and super easy as well!

And, if you like rice crispy treats you can always frost them with chocolate and peanut butter or just peanut butter OR, mix a bit of peanut butter in with the marshmallow while melting it.

These are not "no-bake" but they are really, really good!

I could go on and on but these will surely keep you busy for now.

A neighbor makes a pretty good peanut butter pie. One package of vanilla cooked pudding, follow the directions. Add a cup of chunky peanut butter and mix it in. Pour into a pre-baked pie shell and chill. It can be topped with whipped cream if you like.

Oh yeah! Peanut butter pie. I made one a year or so ago and loved it. Can't seem to find the same recipe now.
