I would taste it, and see what it would be good with. I’m thinking shrimp or scallops. Stir fry some and toss it with some of the sauce. Rice and a veg and you’re good to go.
As pork and shellfish are a perfect match I would make a pork stir fry with it. Maybe with snow peas and mushrooms?
