Better than Boullion is a fantastic product. I use it a lot and also use canned, boxed broth as well as boullion cubes as I like to "layer" the seasonings for more richness. When using boullion cubes always consider less is more and I use it instead of salt. Better than Boullion has some sodium, but much less than boullion cubes. Taste as you go!

Better Than Bouillon! I will agree with others here. I have beef, chicken and vegetable base on hand always. It comes in several versions and I buy the organic, low sodium variety. Homemade stock is always best, but for quick cooking BTB is the bomb.

I once made chicken noodle soup with too much bullion and it was too salty but I ate the whole pot anyway because I didn't want to waste it and the time it took to cook a whole big pot of chicken soup.
