When this mess started, I bought two large bags of (supposedly) baby white corn. National brand. Not my regular brand from trader Joe's.

It's awful. Tough and not sweet at all.

Before I throw this junk away, any suggestions?

Sounds like feed corn. Do you have any pets to feed it to? If it tastes as awful as you say, I wouldn't want to do anything with it where it involved me consuming it. Cooking with it isn't going to improve its flavor or texture.

Only the new dog. Umm, I don't want to pick up the poop with undigested yellow things.

We thought about feeding it to the birds, but that would probably attract deer. Who would then eat DH's garden, which would would cause DH to stop speaking to me for days.

Don't feed it to your pets! Corn is bad for dogs and cats. (Unless you have pigs). I agree to the goulash, corn chowder, corn bread and taco chips. Maybe you could dry it out, dye pieces of it, glue it on some fabric and make a mural.

How about corn fritters?
Mixed with corn meal, little sugar, fried like a pancake. Covered in butter and honey. Good stuff.
