Kvass looks interesting. Might have to try it for fun although my comfort zone is ales and lagers. How does it turn out?

my husband is a homebrewer and it seems that each fall he likes to do something with honey.(Meade) also, likes to make some hard cider with fresh cider from the local apple orchard. Also does a weiss beer.
