OMG, OMG, OMG!

Both the dishes were AMAZING. Delicious. Scrumptious. YUM!!!!

The chicken marsala came out great. Yummy yummy delicious.
The risotto was insanely good. There are no words. It was THAT good.

Thank you everyone for your help, ideas, encouragement, etc...

It was a grand success.

DKVA -- I was wondering where you were! We waited as long as we could. Next time...

We have leftovers. (We doubled the risotto, but ate more than half... we're pigs... and it was good.)

I know that the risotto will not be nearly as good tonight, but we're going to suck that stuff down with all we've got. I'm sure it will still be decent, since I'm living off the fumes of yesterday's success.
