The sun signs are very general - but I have found a thread of truth to them - again only in a very general way.
A good astrology chart can be helpful and offer far more details. That said, we always have free will and make our own choice in like.
It's funny, because I'm generally very skeptical with any pseudo-science, but zodiac sign descriptions are pretty uncanny. I'm a textbook aquarius. However astrological predictions are ridiculous. You have to take everything with a grain of salt. I don't think I would ever date a Leo, but I won't just disregard any man who's born in August. All the Leos I know are not my cup of tea, but you can't judge someone solely on that.
You have to go deeper beyond the Sun sign to find out what potentially may turn your partner on, what kind of person he or she might be in bed.
For that, check the person's Venus and Mars signs, for a rough idea of what you may be in for.
But you must always take into consideration the environment that person grew up in. If you find your potential partner has Mars in sexually inhaustible Scorpio or Tauraus and you're planning a 4-5 hour sexual picnic in bed with them, this person may have grown up with very strict religious/moral beliefs and they'll respond accordingly, like a cold, dead fish.
For me, Venus and Mars compatibility is ultra-important to me when it comes to finding a sexually compatible mate.
Moon sign compatibility is also important. There's 6 negative moons and 6 positive moons. I'm being extremely generalistic, but if you have a negative moon, find someone with a negative moon. Let the positive moon types
find other postive moons.
