It has been a difficult couple of days. I feel overwhelmed by anxiety, sadness, anger, frustration, stress, worry, defeated......sigh.....rough rough rough year
Yeah.... times can be tough, we've had a rough 2 or 3 yrs over here, multiple deaths and long term sickness.... all kinds of stuff, so tough times seem to know no bias....

Yes, it has been tough over here too for me....career.....family......illness. Whoos, I need a break Sorry to hear it has been tough for you too. Hopefully nothing else is coming.
I'm going on a 3 years of cycle of loss and pain but am slowly getting better.
Try and find some time for you - doing things that you like to do. Try to exercise or take nice, long walks.
I hate the pain after you realize the relationship is over.
I have so much to do, but I can't concentrate.
I hope I don't fall in love like this again.
I know that pain its hard, but I agree with everyone here that its only time that will heel you just take all the time you need to move pass it, it may be a month 2 month even a year but it will get better.
