The wine is chilling, the soup for dinner is simmering and I'm just about to take all the xmas stuff down and pack it away. Hubby and I will stay at home, we're not party goers at all, drink wine (I know, not a huge surprise), watch a movie and talk about what we want from 2011.
What is everyone else doing to celebrate the New Year?

Sounds perfect!.
We also like to stay at home and celebrate with the kids. I have a nice dinner planned and lots of finger foods for the entire night. We usually watch a movie the kids will like and set out blankets and pillows on the floor for them to get cozy on. Then we flip on network TV when the countdown begins. Seems like we have been doing the same thing for going on 7 or 8 years now.
I thought this was a funny bit - Gene Wilder and Johnny Depp get into dueling direct-messages as they fight for the "Best Willie Wonka Portrayal" Award...
Hey, MM. I just got out of a hospital. Was pretty close to shaking hands with the dude up there, but they managed to jump-start me again - at least for the time being....
Oh my gosh! What happened?
