I've played basketball all throughout high school and my first year of college, but the work load became too much to keep playing. That being said I've never had any desire to attend a sporting event or even sit at home and watch a full game (no specific sport).
Just curious as to what the ladies may think, I just feel that there are better ways to spend my time especially when it comes to entertainment. I've not once had a partner complain about this so I guess its a good thing.
I don't watch or pay attention to sports and I've gotten various reactions. Many positive and many negative. The worst probably being that I'm "not manly" and "not American". Mind you, women who have that kind of thought process should be avoided anyway.
I like sports, just different kinds. Anyone can sit in front of the big screen drinking beer, fart, eat Cheetos and beller when someone messes up. Not everyone can go out in the field AND DO IT TOO IT in other ways. You are normal IMO. The other guys are a bit off and out of touch!
I have a young coworker who gets so worked-up about his stupid sports he's just pathetic! When you hear him discuss some loss you'd think his friggin' life depends on it!
I'm indifferent, though I've never really dated anyone that was really that into sports, or at least not the sports the average man likes and I like it that way!
My best friend doesn't like sports and I think he said he hates it. I'm okay with it. I do watch sports from time to time like Viking playing against a favorite/good team or Viking going into the NFL.
