The friend zone has an appropriate place, just not for everything. Besides, a guy can never have too many (girl) friends.

It seems, to me, that most chicks only play certain games whenever a guy has too few girl friends and not enough money; otherwise, they employ a much different strategy.

again, this is all age related, maturity related. However, some people men and women never grow up. My ex was 57 and he acted 25, but overall this silly thinking should go away by age 40 at least! I love the 40s!

@danielpalos, yeah you would be correct in that assumption. I have made ONE friend here since being here and she is a female. I thought I made another but come to find out through other means she doesnt consider me anything other than a guy who does nice things for her. In other words a simp. @Artsywoman look im 23 years old and in the 9 months ive been here woman have more or less looked at me like a joke or my favorite "a baby", so yeah in that sense its age related.

Oh, you are such a BBBBBAABBBBBYYY!!!!!! I am being sarcastic like that annoying Joy Behar. You are so young. Lord, I am not a Cougar type, but please when I was 23 I thought all men were this and that. I was so ignorant! That was a million years ago. I will tell you it is a long and winding road thru h and back, love! Sorry to tell you, but it is...!

Thats just the thing, I fell that as a young man my options are really limited because in the grand scheme of things the majority of woman just arent interested in me, especially in my area. On the flip side a decent looking 23 year old woman has all of the options in the world. men of all ages will approach her.

I love how the feminists and fembots say that if a guy describes himself as a nice guy than he is not a nice guy. So a guy who is genuinely kind and does not lie, who describes himself as a nice guy, now, according to this logic is not a nice guy but an evil, cowardly, spineless, liar. I hope you kiddies reading this realize just how silly this is.

I equate a nice guy to a wounded baby seal swimming in the red triangle off the coast of Santa Cruz. While every creature in the sea (every woman on earth) may not want to attack that baby seal, there is no doubt that there is a plethora of predator sharks(cruel women) lurking for the kill. And the trail of blood (good deeds) only helps the viscous predator hone in on its target. And like the baby seal, most men never see the death blow coming.

You want an example of a nice guy? Look to Jesus Christ. Nice guy right? The type of guy that would give you sound advice. The type of guy that would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. The type of guy that would starve one more day, if it meant you could eat. That was his life. And when he exposed the corruption of the Pharisees whom led the jewish common folk, what happened? He was betrayed by one of his most trusted friends and died a slow agonizing death.

A nice guy is a baby seal, if that seal were Jesus. Got it.

P.S. I am joking. But that was a little melodramatic.
