Supposedly tons of single women in Atlanta. Where do I find them? More importantly, where do I find the down to earth ones who don't care what kind of car I drive?

That's not possible my friend unless you are willing to settle for an unattractive woman, most good looking women I find seem to believe that they are entitled to a man who has a luxurious McMansion, a luxury sedan, a motor boat and an Amex black card , there could be one's that are attractive and not so hung up on the above things, but I personally haven't come across any of them
Interesting how the farther east you go, the more women there are relative to men...
If a guy has any chance of finding a decent job in a place, his chances with reasonable women are approaching nil. In places like that, the guys from wealthy, established families and the rare good looking guys take up most of the available women. If they aren't currently taken, these women are holding out for their chance.
Of course, in big expensive cities like NY, in contrast, the women also hold out for a guy with money because there is no future there without a wad of it. Men who can't make it financially, tend to leave, resulting in a supposed "man shortage" but that is an illusion. There is only a shortage of successful men. An extreme shortage.
A guy with a job in Flint Michigan, probably has it made. The press want to interview him but are still trying to find him.
what was the point of this thread? To make single people feel even more hopeless that the town they live in reduces their chance even more to get a good lay?
Some of those New York Hotties need to put down their knitting needles, put their cats in kennels for the week, and come out to the sunniest sausage party in America!

Look at it this way, it's gives you a good excuse. Might make you feel better or move to improve your chances.
Men in the south have no excuses. It's an estrogen fest!

Having spent most of my life on the west coast or west in general, I could never understand why it was said that there was a shortage of single men.

I hear there's a lot of women missing teeth in the south. Might be nice for some good times, but no relationship.

Men on the west coast tend to enjoy their freedom, and tend to avoid costly mistakes by choosing to be single.
