I believe the angle is called the "fat girl high angle shot"

taking a picture of their face at such an angle over their head/shoulder that all you see is their face (with duck lips pose, of course) and nothing else (though sometimes ridiculous cleavage is included in the picture)

Head shot, front full view, side top/just above kneecaps view, rear full view. The overall facial structure, straightness of the nose, and the shape of the ears can be determined by the head shot. The full frontal view will show the breast/waist/hip ratio, as well as the size of the quadriceps; a good indicator of excess body fat.
