Good idea. I think the geek squad is as useless as ###s on a boar. But you are onto something there.
Yeah, they are as useless as fill in the blank..... but I've been in tech for yrs...... I think I could do the same shyt that they do.
If you bring your pc to them they just reformat the drive and send you on your way.... they don't even bother to try and fix any viruses or anything that actually requires time.
They charge like a 150 bucks too...... f ing goons.....
i wish the store at this resort didn't charge an arm and a leg for everything, I could really go for a handle of rum right now
e: When I retire I'd probably just do volunteer work or something. Hope my 401K will have enough money cos I'm pretty sure social security will be dead as history by the time I'm old enough!

Good lord.
You still at that place....
Man, must be nice.....
I'm just plain ol working class folk over here.....
Amazing how many people fall for the geek squad BS.
My internet service provider also offers technical support on the hardware and virus stuff. I had an issue and the dude up the street wanted $100 bucks to fix it and my ISP only charged me $40.

Yep, for another week. It's nice I guess, the beach is pretty and the weather's good. Hot but good since it's tempered by the sea winds. And yeah, if it wasn't for the fact that it's a family vacation I'd still be in DC. TBH if I was the one paying I probably would have stayed, about the only thing I'm doing differently is going to a beach and drinking since I can buy alcohol here.

You on a laptop or does the hotel have a PC in the lobby........
Laptop, using my phone's internet connection though since the router sucks. I'm actually in an apartment, not a hotel, since they're a fair bit cheaper.

Maybe if you weren't staying for the whole summer, you might be able to afford a drink.
