Have you ever seen A Bronx Tale? A character named Sonny in there had some good advice for dealing with people like that; "You got off cheap. She's never gonna bother you again. She's never gonna ask you for money again. She's outta your life."
I countered with the fact that all they ever want to do is go out and drink or eat...I suggested we all get together saturday, go to the lake grill out, family oriented stuff...noooooo, they don't want no part of that..
How would you handle this?
You are growing apart from your friends as you age.
Well, I marched my fanny over to her house last night, showed up unannounced, I figured this was best under the circumstances. Her husband came to the door, I said hello and that I was there to pick up my dresses and I needed full payment from their daughter. He invited me in, I sat at the kitchen table and waited.....
A few minutes passed the daughter drives up, hands me cash, and the ex friend walks out with my dresses and several other items of clothing(that I'd forgotten about) and I said thank you and left.
End of story, and I'm thru with the situation. Thanks for all your responses.

Omg what a bunch of a-holes.
People in the world today..how sad. :/
I hope with that kind of drama gone, it makes room for much nicer friends! Good riddance!
We still IM and chat on a daily basis, via text and so forth.
Having 'friends' in cyberspace is not the same as having friends. Your electronic 'friends', are, well......electronic friends. Don't confuse them with the real thing. Your friendship ended when you stopped seeing them and talking with them face to face.
