This makes no sense to me. A man's ejaculation IS his orgasm.... there is no orgasm without ejaculating.
To answer the question, yes, they can have multiples. I can't speak for anyone else but me personaly, After about the second one, it starts to get a little painful. Also, after the first one, I last longer and longer.
I have heard that some men go limp after the first orgasm and can't get back up though.
OK, ive said enough.

Multiple orgasms are a method of creating and concentrating your Jing, or Essence. Like many Chinese words "Jing" has several meanings but in this case it is meant to imply energy, not bodily fluids such as blood, perspiration or semen.
Stories abound about certain Emperors hiring Taoist "consultants" to teach them these techniques. In fact, there is the case of the famous Yellow Emperor who had in his employ a lady who sounds a lot like a witch - she gave him the arcane knowledge over the course of his ruling. Supposedly he would take a few dozen concubines to bed, go at it all night long and never once issue.
Two things about this: first, the MAIN goal was to increase HIS energy and, by extension, his spiritual energy. Supposedly if you orgasm enough without ejaculation you become a more spiritually-powerful man. Second, the WOMEN got the raw end of the deal, since they were just the lab rats in this little experiment. Certainly this method wouldn't fall under "Modern Relationship / Sexual Satisfaction", but it served its purpose.
But it IS possible and there ARE practitioners of this art today.

Since I'm not a man, I know the answer to only one question. Yes, men are capable of having multiple orgasms until they ejaculate. If a man could control his ejaculations he could also control his orgasms.
They can do it after they ejaculate, too.
But yes, if a man is good at controlling one, chances are he'll be good at controlling the other.
Sure, they can do it after the first ejaculation, but they have to get an erection again first.
Not all men lose their erections after ejaculating. Some can keep going right on to the next without stopping.
