Man sues florist for revealing affair (broken link)
HOUSTON (Aug. 10) -- A married man is suing 1-800-Flowers for $1 million for revealing that he was cheating on his wife.
While I don't agree with his actions and I think and amount is excessive, one must refer to the company's privacy policy which legally is what it comes down to, the company screwed up.

Yes, the company did screw up, but...people are human, people make mistakes....did you ever screw up...? I know I have and I'll keep screwing up until the day I die....that doesn't merrit a get rich quick scheme...nor even a law suite...regardless of the privacy policy, which I'm certain, the company maintains...it was an error...however stupid...most of the cases that make the courts today, are plain stupid and a get rich quick scheme to use the system against itself....I do not condon this behavior...unacceptable...this guy out to stand before Judge Judy....
it goes against the integrity of the U.S. Judicial System, and man, if I were a judge, I start thowing some of these ridiculous law suits right outa court.
I think he's just mad because he got caught with his hands in the cookiejar!!
So by all means, sue anyone and everyone for all their worth! Cause it will make you feel better! Wave of the future I s'ppose.
Personally, I'd high-five the wife AND the floral company at the moment.
Like above poster said ~ everything works itself out. In the end, it was an accident that let the wife know she was being cheated on.
Will she get part of the settlement should he win ??
