Shuke while what you're saying above might be considered logical thinking, it is wayyyyyyyyyyyy "outside the box", for MOST of us. This goes over and beyond eccentricity in my book.
If your wife is so unappealing to you why don't you just get out of the way? Go have your kicks any which way you want but without MAYBE the extra ridicule and hurt, not just to your wife as there are many innocent, probably more "traditional" values people that would be involved.
Leah is a adult at 18, technically. But I'll be darned if I won't regret things I did when I was 18 when I'm 30.

Boy, ain't that the truth vpcats. I'm still trying to figure out if Shuke is just pulling our collective legs. I find it hard to believe that you are going to even try and suggest such a thing Shuke. It goes against everything I believe, for sure.
Shuke, you certainly are harboring a lot of anger and resentment towards your wife. If you're so unhappy being married, then why complicate matters by throwing yet another wife into the mix? If you dislike your wife so thoroughly, do her and yourself a favor & break it off. And if you know what's good for you, you'll do it before you tell her about this crazy scheme. Once she hears what you've been plotting, she's bound to divorce you, anyway, but she'll probably get more money out of you once the judge hears her reasons for asking for the divorce in the first place.
I don't know about you, but neither I not my husband was brought up in a culture where polygamy was accepted. The laws of the countries in which we have lived do not support bigamy, either. Therefore, our wedding vows made no allowances for so-called "plural marriage". Our wedding vows speak of creating a loving, supportive, equal partnership. Our wedding vows emphasize that we work together - just the two of us - to face and conquer the difficulties that life brings us. What do your wedding vows say, Shuke? Do you still honor and respect them? If not, do you want to? If not, then why remain married to anyone?
As for myself and how I feel about you as a person and this ridiculous scheme of yours ... well, I don't think the terms of service allow me to say the thoughts that are in my head. Let me just say that after I read your post, I found my husband, hugged him tight, and told him how grateful I am to be married to a man who is as warm, considerate, and caring as he is.
The part about keeping the kids out of his wife's hair is funny. I wonder if his wife really wants to be away from the kids, or has to travel for her job so they can keep up this suburban nuthouse complete with the Stepford Wife babysitter.
It has been said truth is stranger than fiction, and this is hilarious.
Imagine the kids at school..."Dad married the 18 y/o babysitter and Mom thinks its okay (sic) and I don't know who to call Mom, and Dad is on Viagra now."
What a loon.
I think this is called a "Three-some" or polyamory.
Like if his wife, Trish got a pool boy and started to think he did a better job at everything than Shuke, then she might want to marry or graft him into the family too. "Kids, Biff is now going to be called "Daddy" too, from now on."
What about the family pet, how does that work?
You know, they all claim
"It's okay with the wife"
you have to wonder if the wife has someone in West Va. or elsewhere and gave up on this marriage a long time ago.
No red-blooded American woman eagerly wants to be replaced like that.
I think you're right. This is a Viagra fantasy.
And you'd have to wonder about the babysitter...sounds like she is trying to get a big promotion.
2goldens,
the strange thing is...truth is stranger than fiction, so this guy could be serious. He fancies himself to be quite the stud, maybe he has a big wallet and is used to buying what he wants. Nothing was said about how the 18 y/o feels about him. Maybe she can be bought, but then, how real is that? Then again, isn't that what a lot of people are about? Paying for fake appearances?
