It all depends on where you hang out and how you dress. Men can be pigs but if you come across as looking too sexy men can't help them selves. it's sad I know but the animal instinct comes out of us especially if a girl dresses very sexy which says she wants it. Maybe you should hang out at different places.

I'd say that's your first problem. You meet guys walking on the street and you're surprised they aren't relationship material? How is a random guy supposed to react other than to flirt, has a guy ever walked up to you and said "Excuse me, you look like a very intelligent human being. Would you like to have a conversation about what makes us passionate in life?"
Physical attraction is a part of every relationship and it's the first thing that's going to form becuase all it takes is a look. Once the initial mutual attraction is established, it's up to you to work to find something deeper.
If you're so stuck up that you dismiss every guy who shows a physical attraction to you, you'd better start searching for a blind soulmate.
