If it wasn't for the cameras that would be on top of the list. I told my wife if it were our space I would have a boot put on his car and then charge him rent for parking there.

How does it work in your building? Do you have to rent the space if you want it? And can the general public park there too or is it just residents?
The garage spaces can be purchased with the unit, which then are permanently assigned to that unit. If the unit is a rental the tennant is allowed to park in the garage. Outside it's first come first serve and it's where visitors park also.

Well if the spots are clearly marked, I'd have it towed at owner's expense if it becomes repeat behavior.

I also like the thought of them walking out and discovering a note on the ground where their car was reading: "Your vehicle has a reserved space @ ABC Towing & Recovery, returnable after paying a nominal fee."
