I'm 48, I have a lot of life experience, some good, some bad.
I was also a Drug and Alcohol Counselor so I have some skills in that area.
Ultimately anyone asking for advice generally will take what they want to hear from posts. A few will accept the hard truth and others will read your post and mull over it for awhile and maybe take it on board.
You never really know if you've helped anyone but if they ask for your opinion, you may as well give it.
Just decent emotional intelligence, a finely honed b.s. detector, the ability to string a noun and verb together, and a good track record with finding quality partners. If something worked for me, why not share the strategy?
I'd imagine the same thing that makes you and everybody else (including those with the titles) qualified; in other words, nothing.
