Well what's the fun in that? If we can't freecycle it, it has to get busted up so we can get rid of it.

Who has a good recipe for macaroni and cheese? No recipes with any kind of fake cheese, velveeta, etc. lol

Technique. I get the job done much quicker and more efficient.

My homemade mac and cheese. 2 cups of macaroni elbows boiled in salted water for 6 minutes.

The cheese I use sharp cheddar melted into a bechamel sauce then combined with macaroni elbows in a casserole dish, bake for 20 minutes at 350. Finish with some cheese and bread crumbs under the broiler until cheese is melted.
