LOL...I come in handy when it's time to demo something in the house. I get to tear things up and destroy them! Perfect way to take out your frustrations!

Who has a good recipe for macaroni and cheese? No recipes with any kind of fake cheese, velveeta, etc. lol
My homemade mac and cheese. 2 cups of macaroni elbows boiled in salted water for 6 minutes.
The cheese I use sharp cheddar melted into a bechamel sauce then combined with macaroni elbows in a casserole dish, bake for 20 minutes at 350. Finish with some cheese and bread crumbs under the broiler until cheese is melted.
I haven't had fried chicken in a long long long time.
